Through the following PRIVACY NOTICE, which is prepared in adherence to and in compliance with the FEDERAL LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA HELD BY PRIVATE PARTIES, which is comprised of personal data of a public, identifying, racial, labor, sensitive, academic, family, patrimonial, transit and migratory movements nature, judicial and administrative processes, as well as biometric data, also concerning your economic, commercial, financial status, bank accounts, tax and accounting information, or any other related to your identity or inherent to you, which, if disclosed, may impair your free development and may lead to discrimination, or whose dissemination or delivery to third parties entails a risk to the owner of said data, and in general all data of an identifiable individual or legal entity.

What personal data do we collect from you and for what purpose?

For our candidates and employees: In this case, we will collect and process your personal data, sensitive personal data, and patrimonial or financial data to carry out recruitment, selection, and, if applicable, hiring processes, as well as to fulfill the benefits or obligations derived from the employment relationship.

For our prospects and clients: We may collect your personal and patrimonial or financial data in order to provide the corresponding service, offer you our products, and comply with legal obligations.

For our prospects and suppliers: We collect your personal, sensitive, and financial data necessary to initiate or fulfill a future or current commercial relationship for the purpose of acquiring your services or products.

With whom do we share your information and for what purposes?

Please be advised that, if applicable, your personal data may be transferred or provided to third parties without the authorization of the owner of the confidential information; however, the owner of the confidential information shall have the right to know the use, processes, modifications, and transmissions made to their confidential information. Your personal data is processed by personnel belonging to Península Residences for the purpose of providing you with the service you request.

Limitation on the Use and Disclosure of Personal Data: The data that you, as the owner, provide to Península Residences will be processed under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility. In order to protect and reduce the risks that may arise causing any loss, alteration, damage, or misuse of your personal, sensitive, or patrimonial data, Península Residences has implemented, in accordance with the Regulations, the physical, technical, and administrative security measures to safeguard the security of your data.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal information?

You can limit the use and disclosure by exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition to your information through the following means we have implemented: Submitting your request in person at our address directed to the person in charge of privacy at this office located at Av. México No. 3555, Vallarta San Jorge, Guadalajara, Jalisco; or by sending an email to the following address: hola@peninsula.mx or by calling the phone number +52 3331 2201. For this purpose, you must clearly inform us of the personal data you wish to have rectified, canceled, or reviewed, in the possession of Península Residences. You may submit your written request in accordance with the following guidelines:

1.- The protection request must be submitted with acknowledgment of receipt and contain:

  • a) Name of the obligated party (in this case, Península Residences)
  • b) Name of the data owner or legal representative
  • c) Address, fax, or email to receive notifications
  • d) Specific statement of the right you wish to exercise
  • e) If applicable, a simple copy of documents supporting the request

2.- If any of the above requirements are not met, the data owner must be notified within three business days following its submission, so that within five business days they may correct the omission and the request can be accepted.

3.- If applicable, the protection request will be accepted within three business days following its submission.

4.- Once the file is complete, the request will be resolved by the coordination of Península Residences within ten business days following its acceptance, in accordance with applicable law; if necessary, the time to resolve may be extended, through a well-founded and reasoned agreement, for up to five more days.

5.- The coordination of Península Residences will issue a resolution that is fully approved, partially approved, or denied regarding the request, which must contain:

  • a) Name of the obligated party (Península Residences)
  • b) File number
  • c) Data of the request
  • d) Reasoning and legal grounds for the decision
  • e) Resolutions regarding the approval of the request
  • f) Place, date, name, and signature of the person resolving

6.- Notification of the resolution to the data owner. It should be noted that at all times you retain the right to revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, which you may exercise through the procedure described above.

What are 'cookies' and what are they used for?
